I repotted some tomatoes and coleus (for the shady front door), and
I made a mini greenhouse out of an old wooden shipping crate by
replacing one side with a sheet of plastic. I’m going to try to
root some lilac cuttings in it this year.
In the mid-50s, the air still smells like snowmelt, the sun fleeting.
The air feels refrigerated, thankfully too cold to dry out much,
but too cold to grow much, either.
