Indeed, we got a 5-minute sun-shower late in the afternoon, and when we went for a walk in Lone Lake Park there was briefly, faintly, a rainbow.
Bright and breezy after the storm, and much cooler (in the 50s). Still, when I see clouds driven by the wind close to the horizon, they give me the unmistakable impression of stealth, a flanking move under the cover of the trees. By the time I see them, it’s already too late. I doubt the rain has left us entirely.
