6°C (42.8°F) You never know what kind of day you’re doing to have, even when you’re right in the middle of it. This morning started out badly, with a too-late night and too-early morning, both out of my control. But one small success built on another (in this case, writing software for the Palm), and now, by the end of the day, I feel very, very good.
A glorious day. The ducks seemed to think so, too, even almost soaring (as much as ducks could) to soak up the golden yellow light. Oh, and I saw my first Canada Geese of the season, by the grocery store parking lot – a quiet pair, a young couple out house-shopping.
But snow is made to melt slowly, so it stays at least another day.
-7°C (19.4°F) Even warmer. A day to wash the car and patrol the yard, dreaming of spring.
