sprouts found
I’ve found some sprouts! The ground is still frozen, but yarrow and sedum are already poking up through the leaf litter. They are my indestructibles - the first to sprout and the last to die. I think anyone starting to garden should find a few indestructibles to grow - to build some confidence, and to keep hope alive when a cold year, a dry year, or deer and rabbits make a mess of all our loftier goals. It’s good to see them again.
