It’s easy to focus on all the problems in a garden – in our case, empty beds, weeds, deer-eaten and chipmunk-eaten plants, but I wanted to take one day, at least, to appreciate what’s doing well. The garden looks its best in the morning, just after watering, which is when I took most of these pictures.
