Here’s a little test from some work I did yesterday. I plan to include these in my daily header. Thanks to the U.S. Naval Observatory
for the data (though it sure would be nice if they implemented an XML-RPC interface - hint, hint
).  

-16°C (3.2°F) It’s not going to get much warmer than this today. Everything was frozen still this morning - birds, trees, squirrels. The only thing moving was the wind. It was almost playful, not realizing the pain of its bite.
