Today is my precious Jenny’s birthday. Sunny, bright and cold. More frost on the ground, more gold in the leaves. Today my day is hers.
I just saw a large woodpecker (bigger than a bluejay) fly by my window. Normally we just have the smaller, downy woodpeckers. I hope I see him again.
